Community Energy Wind Power Programs will be at Gossett's Farmer's Market along with Heather Flournoy of Katonah Green to talk about wind power, it's feasibility in NY State for replacing nuclear and coal power, and where it makes sense to implement residentially or commercially. Community Energy was is one of the leaders in wind energy production in NYS and has some creative new plans for expanding its potential.
Come talk to Sam and Mark, regional wind energy experts, see their models and ask them your environmental impact and energy production questions 9-1 during the farmer's market.
Don't forget Katonah Green is also collecting household batteries for recycling this weekend. Stay posted for more 'recycle' weekends at the market.
