Local Teens and Local Food

Don’t miss the Local Foods-Local Teens series at Gossett’s Farm Market this Saturday, July 3rd from 10-1pm. Local amateur chef Anna Jade Flournoy will inspire you with her creative and passionate approach to turning farm-fresh produce into delectable vegetarian and raw dishes.  As always, you can ask questions, learn new techniques and stick around for samples!

If you know a teen who would like to participate, or do their own demo, please contact editor AT katonahgreen.com

The Local Foods-Local Chefs series was created by Heather Flournoy of KatonahGreen in order to inspire home cooking, show people how to use foods they may be unfamiliar with and raise awareness of the complexity of flavors and nutrient density of sustainably raised produce and meats.

Gossett's Farmer's Market is located in front of Gossett Brother's Nursery, 1202 Rte 35 in South Salem, NY
