Lorenzo Caponetti is a Renaissance man... an architect, forester and rural planner, agricultural historian, and organic farmer.  On his 125 acre farm near the village of Tuscania in Lazio, he produces organic extra virgin olive oil from 430 olive trees bearing exclusively Canino olives.  Lorenzo practices sustainable agriculture relying on hydraulic irrigation methods inspired by ancient Etruscan methods suitable for the arid climes of the Mediterranean.  Lorenzo will talk about his region, his farm, his methods, and his olive oil and invite you to try his product.

Ed Giobbi is another Renaissance man....painter, sculptor, cook, author and gardener.  With his wife Ellie, Ed is a long time residence of Katonah and an expert on art and culture of Italy.
