NYU's Commercial Energy Efficiency Forum, May 14th

Our Commercial Energy Efficiency Forum will focus on state energy policy relating to commercial enterprises and developers. What can these companies do to support efficiency efforts? What should government be doing to assist the business community in adopting energy efficiency standards? And how should the state's energy programs be structured to facilitate a quantum leap in commercial energy efficiency?

Please join us on May 14th as we discuss these and other issues.

Where:
NYU Wagner's Rudin Family Forum for Civic Dialogue
The Puck Building; 295 Lafayette Street, 2nd Floor, New York City

When:
8:30 a.m. - 9 a.m.: Networking and Light Refreshments
9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.: Panel Discussion

I hope to see you there!

Commercial or residential, the base efficiency should be 80% better than year 2000 built to code.
For a decade this has been very easy to achieve, starting with highly insulated roofs and walls, shading.
After that reduced load can be easily handled by geothermal and PV.
Tax benefits to those who archive this, penalties for those who do not convert.
